Terry Meiners and Ron Clay CJ Article

I can't find the exact date Terry left, but it appears that the article about the two under the WQMF page was published the same year that Terry left. Does anyone know for sure? I've always wondered about those two and what their real relationship was and how it ended up when Ron died several years later.
